Am I in your head?

Drawing project #4

Corner installation piece.

The concept I came up with was that each of the 10 drawing planes were self-portraits from the same picture and the overall form would be that of a man's head.

I thought it would be interesting to see what happens if I draw the same picture 10 times. I found that after the first 2 or 3 drawings I started looking less at the reference and just depending on what I thought I saw. As a result, the last few drawings looked less and less like me haha I kinda like it that way though.

You could say that in a way, it's egotistical, maybe even a little vain,---the assumption that I, or anyone, could have the power to take over someone's mind and be so entangled in their thoughts. Has anyone ever told you you're always on their mind?
